The MULTILIFT XR5 truck-mounted hooklift presents a load of possibilities for your business. Five models: extra-short (XR5 XS), short (XR5S), normal (XR5N), long (XR5L) and extra-long (XR5XL) make versatility the name of the game. Lift, carry and dump 12,000 lb capacity and bigger payloads from short 10 to 12 ft containers to extra-long 14 to 17 ft containers. You can even handle an 18 ft container on a non-dumping flat deck with the XR5XL. Its low weight, 36-inch hook height and 50-degree dumping angle make operation simple. An offset hook arm makes any delivery safer and easier, providing clear visibility from the hook to the container.

Unique sliding ‘S’-hook technology

Multilift XR5 models combine the 'S' hook technology with a high-performance hexagonal boom for enhanced strength, stability, safety and smooth, easy operation with minimized side-to-side movement. With the Multilift XR5, one operator with a small 7.5-tonne truck can do the work of an entire fleet. Safety always matters with Multilift. All XR5 truck-mounted hooklift models feature a safety interlock that locks the hook during dumping, and load-holding valves on the main and hook arm cylinders keep the load firmly fixed to the chassis and protect against load drop and hose failure. Drivers can use the electric cab control in-cab or externally for added safety and flexibility. Eight mounting plates are pre-assembled on the subframe for optimal stability and let you securely switch containers with ease.

Available options include Multilift-designed and fabricated brackets to adapt supplied slide-through locking systems.

Accessories that let you do even more

Adding accessories to your XR5 hooklift adds even more possibilities. An Atlas Polar toolbox is always handy. So are adding an upgraded rear LED light system and an FTLS LED strobe light system installed all around the truck. Atlas Polar HD camera systems feature rear- and side-mounted cameras for increased visibility and safety, along with an in-cab HD screen. An automatic electric over-hydraulic tarp system protects bin loads. Easy.
