The Multilift ULTIMA 30FX-P is an extra-large, extra-powerful truck-mounted hooklift — one of the most powerful hooklifts there is. Lift, transport and dump up to 30 tonnes of just about anything with ease, and do it faster, safer and smoother than you thought possible. Three models, the 30.56FX PERF, 30.61FX PERF and 30.63FX PERF, easily handle containers from 18 to 25 feet, and shorter, with hydraulic body locks and the hook-arm back. They feature Multilift’s unique sliding ‘S’ hook technology with box construction and auto latch for maximum safety, versatility and efficiency. FX-P: Flexibility and Performance

The Multilift ULTIMA 30FX-P is the ultimate in flexibility, performance and everyday productivity for high-capacity, high-powered, high-intensity construction, waste management and landscaping jobs. It’s flexible (FX). Handle a range of container sizes from 18 to 25 feet, and even shorter with the hook arm back, thanks to hydraulic body locks, and delivers fingertip control on the umbilical.

The PERF aspect of the ULTIMA 30 brings some high-powered Multilift functions. Fast Speed cuts unloading time by 40 percent, making container swaps faster and easier. Fast Lowering cuts down wait times. Fast Tipping tips your load in one-third of the time it normally takes. Safe Speed calculates your load weight and automatically adjusts speed to optimize safety. Friction Relief automatically raises the front of the container before sliding to ensure smooth operation and reduced wear and tear. And Automatic Sequence Control rolls locking and unlocking the body, moving the hook and main arms sequentially into one easy movement.

The Multilift Sliding ‘S’ hook advantage

Multilift pioneered Sliding ‘S’ Hook technology, and it changed the industry. The ULTIMA 30FX-P features this with box construction and an Auto Latch. Multilift’s patented Sliding ‘S’ hook arm with box construction. The sliding hook improves load and dump angles, works better in tight spaces and allows a wider range of container lengths. Box construction enables a lower loading height, with greater strength, structural integrity and stability when lifting and dumping. The Auto Latch keeps loads secure, automatically closing and locking the lift bar. Plus, it lets you pick up and drop off more quickly and easily from inside the cab. It all means fast cycle times (about 90 seconds) and lower operating costs. One Multilift 30FX-P and one operator can pretty much do the work of an entire fleet.

Twin main tipping cylinders ensure increased dumping strength and superior side-to-side balance for uneven loads. A 50-degree dump angle ensures that loose, messy loads dump cleanly and completely. A mechanical frame lock, safety interlocks and holding valves on the main and hook arm cylinders make transport and operations safer. Holding valves on the main and hook arm cylinders protect against load drop and hose failure. JIC hydraulic fittings and a high-pressure filter protect the hydraulic system. A separate 20 Imperial gallon oil tank with an in-tank return filter for frame mounting keeps oil cool and viscous, stabilizes oil flow and makes maintenance easier.
