The HIAB X-CLX 078 does it all in the simplest, safest, most efficient way possible. It offers smooth operation, strong lifting performance, precision, reliability and excellent manoeuvrability—even in challenging conditions. The X-CLX features a powerful HIAB hydraulic system, and its link-free B-Link boom system is ultra-fast, ideal for medium- to heavy-duty lift-and-load tasks, and optimal for oil fields. The X-CLX 078BS-3 has 15-foot manual outriggers and lifts 2,200 kg to 9.6 m.

Control, stability and flexibility

The X-CLX 078 features HIAB’s unique CLX cross-control provides intuitive operation no matter where you stand. It’s the best manual control system there is and lets you operate the same lever sequence from either side of the truck—fast and easy. The X-CLX 078 has loading valves on all boom cylinders, proven to get the job done fast and efficiently. A centrally placed column helps ensure optimal stability.

The HIAB X-CLX 078 truck crane is perfect in its simplicity, but the available options, combined with ARW’s purpose-built picker truck work-ready packages, provide added flexibility to make your specific deliveries easier. Quickly attach and detach available accessories, such as pallet forks, earth drills, buckets, multi-brushes, and rotators, so your single truck can do the job of many. Available XSDrive Lite radio remote control enables you to control all crane functions, including four levels and two outrigger functions. Choose an optional 5th and 6th Hose and Pipe Function Kit with quick connects, or a Rotzler Hydraulic winch. It comes in 2200- or 4400-lb capacity (depending on your truck), with wire rope, a load hook, a downhaul, and a weight and snatch block. The winch is mounted under the outer boom.
